Stage 2 Fire Ban in Effect

October 9, 2024 – Due to ongoing dry conditions and elevated fire danger, the City of Littleton has issued a Stage 2 fire ban, effective immediately.

Stage 2 ban means no open burning, including in fire pits, outdoor fireplaces, wood-fueled smokers, or chimineas. No fireworks are permitted.

Allowed activities include the use of gas-fueled stoves and grills, charcoal grills, gas-fueled fire pits, and indoor fireplaces, and wood burning stoves. Electric smokers are allowed.

The Stage 2 ban will remain in effect until further notice.
