Dear TrailMark Residents,

During the September 10th HOA meeting, the Board unveiled our new electronic DRC Home Improvement Request Form, https://www.trailmark.org/home-improvement-request-form/

For years, homeowners have begged current and past HOA Boards to create and implement a digital DRC Home Improvement Request Form. Vice President Arwen Vaughan deserves a huge round of applause for spearheading and creating such a user friendly form.

When planning your upcoming outdoor home improvement projects, please try using the electronic DRC Home Improvement Request Form and see how easy it is to use. For the time being, the Board and DRC is allowing homeowners to use either the new electronic form, or the traditional PDF form that needs to be printed out and filled out by homeowners.

We feel that most homeowners will appreciate and love the electronic form. Please remember that all outdoor home improvement projects do require written approval from the DRC prior to starting your project.

Again, a big thanks goes out to Vice President Arwen Vaughan and DRC Chair JT Bergstrom for working together to bring the electronic DRC Home Improvement Request Form to life.
