Dear TrailMark Residents,

As many of you may remember, when our Board re-negotiated our trash contract with Republic Services we were able to negotiate three free dumpster days for TrailMark. There will be one Free Dumpster Day in 2025, 2026 and 2027, per our contract.

Republic Services and our Board settled on this year’s Dumpster Day to be held on Saturday, April 26th, 2025. The scheduled time for the event will be from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 or 3:00 p.m. (depending on when the dumpsters are full).  We only get 4 dumpsters and when they are full, the event will be over.

Dumpster Day is FREE for TrailMark residents only. Please watch the TrailMark.org website and HOA Facebook page for more details, such as exact location and prohibited items, as we get closer to April 26th.
