Dear TrailMark Residents,

This is a friendly reminder that the Annual Meeting packets were mailed out on October 1st. The Board requests that you please mail your pink ballots and blue proxies back to Westwind Management ASAP. All mailed ballots and proxies need to be received by November 11, 2024 at 5:00 pm.

WE NEED AT LEAST 80 PROXIES! There will be a drawing the night of the Annual Meeting where we randomly draw one Proxy out of a box, and the winner will win a donated gift card from the Starbucks at Chatfield and Wadsworth.

You are welcome to turn in your pink ballot and blue proxy at the Annual meeting on November 12th at 6:00 pm at Falcon Bluffs Middle School Library (2nd Floor) located at 8449 S Garrison St Littleton, CO 80128. Early check in is at 5:30 p.m.
