Dear TrailMark Residents,

Each of you will be receiving your Annual Meeting packet in the mail soon. When reviewing the packet, we need you to please fill out and return the BLUE PROXY, and the PINK BALLOT. Please use the return envelope to send your BLUE PROXY and PINK BALLOT back to Westwind. You will need to place a first class stamp on the envelope. You also have the option of hand-delivering your proxy and ballot at the beginning of our Annual Meeting at Falcon Bluffs Middle School (8449 S Garrison St.) on November 12th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the library.

The BLUE PROXY is used so we can vote to ratify our 2025 HOA budget during the Annual meeting. Our bylaws require that we receive at least 10%, which is 80 proxies, by the night of our Annual Meeting on November 12th. During this year’s Annual meeting, we are going to place all received proxies into a box and draw one of the proxies out of the box. The lucky winner will receive a Starbucks gift card, compliments of the Starbucks at Chatfield and Wadsworth. Thank you to Starbucks for donating the gift card!

The PINK BALLOT lists all 5 homeowners who are running for a 2-year term (2024-2026) to be a volunteer as one of your HOA Board of Directors. There are 5 candidates, and we need you to please only select NOT MORE than 3 candidates. To better familiarize yourself with all 5 candidates, their candidate platforms are printed on the back of the opening letter on white paper. Ballots may not be reproduced. Reproduced ballots will be considered null and void. Ballots with votes for more than 3 candidates will be considered null and void. Again, choose only 3 candidates.

Please return your PINK BALLOT and BLUE PROXY ASAP. All mailed proxies and ballots need to be received by 5:00 p.m. on November 11, 2024. Good luck to all 5 candidates running for the HOA Board. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
