Replacement garage doors require Committee approval and must meet the following guidelines:
1. The design will be the raised panel style, not to exceed four panels horizontally, and four panels vertically, as depicted:

3. If window inserts are included,
a. They must be rectangular windows, as depicted:

b. “Sunburst” framing, or any other framing style, is not accepted.
4. Decorative garage hinges, handles, and/or framing are not accepted.
