Dear TrailMark Residents,
On March 11th at the HOA meeting, our Board unanimously voted Lisa Hern to be the new Chair to our Common Area Committee (CAC). Lisa was nominated by our current CAC Chair, Mary Kreeger.
Lisa has some big shoes to fill as she will be taking over longtime CAC Chair Mary Kreeger’s position. Mary has decided to retire from the CAC Chair position beginning April 1st.
Mary and the CAC have routinely planted common area flowers and plants to help beautify TrailMark. The CAC have also orchestrated the upkeep of our trees, landscaping, and mulch.
Our community will deeply miss Mary’s stellar leadership and attention to keeping our neighborhood gorgeous! Thank you, Mary, for your many years of volunteer service to TrailMark.
Soon we will all see pretty flowers blooming and trees budding, thanks to our CAC. Please help me welcome Lisa Hern as our new CAC Chair beginning April 1st. Also, let’s give Mary Kreeger a standing ovation for a job well done.
