Republic Update: No Delay due to Presidents’ Day

TUESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the TrailMark Metropolitan District (the “District”) Town of Littleton, County of Jefferson State of Colorado, will hold a regular meeting at 6:30 P.M. on, January 21, 2025 at 8490 W TrailMark Pkwy Littleton, CO 80127, also know as South Metro Fire Station 19. for the purpose of conducting such business as may come before the Board. HOA BOARD MEETING

Trash pick-up delayed until Tuesday, January 14th
Due to the inclement weather, Republic’s operations closed early on January 7th, 2025. Any garbage or recycling that was not picked up will be picked up on Tuesday, January 14th. Republic is sorry for any inconvenience.
HOA announces Free Dumpster Day, April 26th
January 8, 2025 Dear TrailMark Residents, As many of you may remember, when our Board re-negotiated our trash contract with Republic Services we were able to negotiate three free dumpster days for TrailMark. There will be one Free Dumpster Day in 2025, 2026 and 2027, per our contract. Republic Services and our Board settled on this year’s Dumpster Day to be held on Saturday, April 26th, 2025. The scheduled time for the event will be from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 or 3:00 p.m. (depending on when the dumpsters are full). We only get 4 dumpsters and when they are full, the event will be over. Dumpster Day is FREE for TrailMark residents only. Please watch the TrailMark.org website and HOA Facebook page for more details, such as exact location and prohibited items, as we get closer to April 26th. For now, our Board wanted to share the good news about our upcoming Free Dumpster Day. Please mark your calendars for Saturday, April 26th.
