Sponsorship Program

Goal of the Sponsorship Program:
The goal of the TrailMark HOA Sponsorship policy is to recognize our neighbors and business partners by providing them a forum for getting information about their product or service to the TrailMark community.  In the process, the HOA will collect funds that will be used to offset the cost of communications to the community.

Who can Participate:
Any business or community member can participate in the program.  However, the TrailMark HOA has the right to deny a business or community member participation in the program.

Program Details:
Four levels of sponsorship are offered.  Each sponsorship level provides benefits to the sponsor such as the ability to reach the 800 homes in TrailMark with your message as well as prospective buyers, business owners, and community members who use the TrailMark website.

Sponsorship Levels:
High level descriptions are below.  For more details, see the Sponsor Table.

Platinum
This is the highest level of sponsorship available.  The benefits offered to Platinum sponsors include prominent display on the TrailMark website, advertising in the quarterly newsletter, and display on sponsor board at TrailMark events.

Gold
Gold sponsors have logo placement on the TrailMark website, advertising in the quarterly newsletter, and display on the sponsor board at TrailMark events.

Silver
Silver sponsors can put company information on the TrailMark website and display on the sponsor board at TrailMark events.

Bronze
Bronze sponsors are recognized as a sponsor of the TrailMark HOA on the website and on the sponsor board at TrailMark events.

Being a sponsor of the TrailMark community will give you visibility and show your support of your community.  If you are interested, contact the Communications Committee at communications@trailmarkhoa.org.  The Communications Committee will work with you to help you choose a sponsorship package that best meets your goals and place your content in the various messaging mediums.
